I locked our key in the car DE13:

We received a phone call late one evening to attend a pub in Orgreave. The customer was rather pleased he came across us seeing that we were actually the 3rd company they had contacted, the others had declined to help out. He decided to go out for dinner and a movie with his wife seeing as it was their 10th anniversary. Unfortunately it was only once they walked out the restuarant he realised that he had misplaced the car keys. He stated, "We hurried back in to the complex and checked the place where we were sitting down; but no keys in sight. I then had an idea to search in our car and lo and behold they were there, in the ignition, but the car had self-locked." Our man arrived rapidly and after a short while had the process completed and the door opened. The now delighted husband and wife were very quickly up and running.

We've forgotten the keys Orgreave:

This is one of the most commonly encountered stories that we hear from clients who possess a night latch on their front doors: a client from Orgreave called us early one a.m., "I arranged to go outdoors for an early morning run and, as I closed the door, I noticed that I had unwittingly forgotten my keys indoors. "I enjoy going horseback riding on the weekend and this past Sunday was as usual, with the exception that once I returned to my property I discovered I had lost my door key somewhere on the path. "In our office we have a dead bolt lock and a code lock, and one of our office workers decided to lock the combination, not noticing we didn't already know the number. And thus as soon as all of us arrived at the office the succeeding morning we were locked out. Thanks a lot for your timely call out and for openning the office," was an email we received from a customer in Orgreave.
